Kris Jenner says she relies on peptide-based routine for stronger hair

Kris Jenner has spoken about her use and support of hair growth peptide supplements, saying she “wouldn’t go a day without” taking them and crediting the routine for improving her hair health.

The reality TV star, known for her influence in the beauty and lifestyle industry, has also taken a financial stake in the company behind the peptide-based formula, alongside her daughter Khloé Kardashian.

Jenner credits peptides for stronger-looking hair

Jenner has said she began taking the chewable peptide supplements regularly and noticed visible changes in her hair over time, describing it as thicker, stronger and healthier.

“I’ve tried every product under the sun,” she previously said. “After taking [them] consistently, I noticed my hair feeling thicker, stronger and just healthier overall. I’m obsessed.”

She has also said she became an investor after being impressed by the science behind the formula and her personal experience using it.

Focus on peptide-based hair support science

The supplements are designed around keratin-supporting peptides that aim to strengthen hair from the follicle level. According to the company, the formulation is intended to help improve hair anchoring and overall strand strength.

The product was developed with input from a nutritional expert and a research scientist focused on regenerative hair growth. Industry professionals, including celebrity colourists, have also referenced peptide-based hair care approaches in professional routines aimed at improving hair density and strength.

Celebrity influence in beauty wellness

Jenner has continued to publicly support the supplement through interviews and social media posts, occasionally referring to it as part of her regular routine.

While she personally uses a gummy format, the brand also offers capsule versions for broader use.

The growing visibility of peptide-based wellness products reflects a wider trend in celebrity-driven beauty and nutrition supplements.
