Vanta Holdings Stock Rises as Company Bets on Peptide Therapy

Shares of Vanta Holdings Inc. (CSE: VNTA; OTC: VNTXF) climbed 5.56% on Tuesday as investors rallied behind the micro‑cap company’s bold pivot from general wellness products to a commercial “peptide‑therapy ecosystem.” The move positions Vanta to capitalize on shifting U.S. regulatory dynamics and growing demand for longevity‑focused treatments.

From Water to Peptides

Formerly known as Forte Group Holdings — and before that BevCanna Enterprises — Vanta built its reputation on premium alkaline spring water and nutraceuticals such as “Blackwater.” That legacy business generated limited revenue, however, and the company has struggled with operating losses. According to Canadian market analysis published by Kalkine Media, Vanta remains pre‑revenue in peptides and continues to face financial volatility as it builds out new infrastructure.

The pivot represents a dramatic transformation. Instead of manufacturing raw peptide materials, Vanta is constructing a direct‑to‑consumer digital and clinical platform designed to deliver peptide therapies safely within the U.S.

Building a Peptide Ecosystem

The company’s strategy rests on three pillars:

  • Telehealth Bridge: A specialized U.S. telehealth platform connecting consumers with licensed providers who can prescribe therapeutic peptides online.
  • Compounding Pharmacy Network: Partnerships with FDA‑registered 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies to legally distribute customized peptide doses nationwide.
  • Target Categories: Four verticals — cellular recovery, metabolic wellness, performance optimization, and healthy aging — aimed at tapping into the multi‑billion‑dollar longevity market.

Regulatory Tailwinds

Investor enthusiasm is closely tied to recent regulatory developments. In late July, the FDA’s Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) recommended adding six peptide substances to the official 503A Bulk Compounding List, including BPC‑157, TB‑500, KPV, Semax, MOTS‑c, and Epitalon. These compounds are popular in wellness circles for muscle recovery, cognitive health, and aging support.

While the FDA has yet to finalize the recommendation, Vanta’s pre‑established compounding pipeline means any adoption could provide a direct legal pathway for scaling its platform.
